Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using NutriLogic Pro (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. We may update these Terms from time to time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. Description of Service
NutriLogic Pro is a web-based nutrition tracking application that allows users to log food intake, calculate personalized nutritional targets (TDEE, macronutrients), generate weekly meal plans, and receive daily nutrition insights. The Service is provided as a progressive web application (PWA) hosted on Cloudflare Pages.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you should review these Terms with a parent or guardian.
4. Account Registration
You sign in to the Service using Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your account.
5. Subscription & Payment
The Service offers two tiers:
- Free tier: Access to basic food logging and nutrition calculations. Food log data is automatically deleted after 24 hours.
- Premium tier: $9.60 per year (approximately $0.80/month), billed annually, with a 14-day free trial. Includes unlimited log retention, personalized weekly meal plans, daily nutrition insights, and push notifications.
Auto-renewal: Premium subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain Premium access until then.
Refunds: Payments are non-refundable after the 14-day free trial period, except in cases of billing errors or service outages lasting 7 or more consecutive days. Refund requests should be directed to [email protected].
All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment card information.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
- Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service without permission
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Upload malicious code or content
7. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Service, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by NutriLogic Pro and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any part of the Service without our prior written consent. You retain ownership of the data you input into the Service.
9. Medical Disclaimer
The Service provides general nutrition information and tracking tools for informational purposes only. It is not medical advice and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition. Nutritional calculations, meal plans, and insights are estimates based on general formulas and may not be accurate for all individuals. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making changes to your diet, especially if you have medical conditions, food allergies, or are pregnant or nursing.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NutriLogic Pro and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless NutriLogic Pro and its operators from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
12. Third-Party Links
The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services (such as Google, Stripe, and FatSecret). We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. You access third-party links at your own risk.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.
14. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
